Frequently Asked Questions

From time to time, we all need a coach to help us achieve our personal or professional goals, increase our efficiency, identify obstacles, realize our potential, develop a strategy, and take concrete steps towards success.

Coaching is effective for both groups and individuals when:

  • You are hindered and limited by beliefs: “I can’t do this,” “I’m not good enough,” “I don’t deserve this”… You have no direction or purpose: you don’t know what you are doing, why you are doing it, where you are going, and what you will do when you get there? You feel like you are living in a “hamster’s day”;
  • You feel like you are at a dead end, or things are getting worse: you seem to be taking one step forward, while at the same time you are taking two steps back. Things are not going as planned;
  • You have lost your enthusiasm and passion: “Why should I hurt myself?” “What will this change?” “This will be enough”, “I’m just not in the mood”…
  • You are no longer in your comfort zone: you find yourself in an unfamiliar place. In a role you have never been in before. You worry about every little thing and are afraid of making mistakes;
  • You don’t finish things and always put them off until tomorrow: you start things without finishing them. You always find reasons to put them off;
  • You experience constant anxiety or stress: you are always tired and have trouble sleeping, you have frequent headaches or stomachaches, and all this affects your ability to work.

Psychotherapy and coaching serve different purposes. Psychotherapy works on mental health issues, which often involves in-depth study of past experiences. Coaching, on the other hand, is focused on achieving personal or professional goals, usually without delving into the past. Both directions can work on personal growth, but the difference lies in the approaches.
Since it concerns a person’s mental health, a psychotherapist is required to have a license or similar high qualification. A coach, on the other hand, can also work on the basis of a certificate.

If you are having trouble making a choice, fill out the questionnaire and we will connect you with a psychotherapist tailored to your needs.

Coaching can be a good choice for those who want to: set personal or professional goals, increase performance in specific areas, manage life challenges and cope with change, improve communication and leadership skills, and increase self-acceptance and confidence.
